Empati360 is a digital platform rooted in empathy, dedicated to reshaping the way we understand emotions, choices, and relationships.  Founded by Dr. Sally Yusoff, a counselor educator and advocate of empathy centered living, Empati360 offers resources, tools, and learning experiences grounded in the principles of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy (CTRT).

We believe that empathy is more than a feeling, it’s a way of being. A skill that can be nurtured, practiced, and shared. Through interactive content, self-guided tools, and professional courses, Empati360 helps individuals and communities reconnect with what truly matters: clarity, connection, and conscious choice.
